Do I need the platform to use ShadowCradle?
No. The link is optional, and the Airgap licence tier works without it. Backups never depend on Takelan being reachable.
What about the Customer Desk, Developer APIs, and Takelan Tunnels?
They are not part of this free offer. Takelan Tunnels has its own plan tiers. Contact us for terms on the others.
